Rotary switch control, easy to use button measurement 

Press and hold the test button to exit the frequency measurement function. The frequency measurement range is from 1Hz to above 1MHz. When the measured frequency is lower than 25KHz, the period is displayed 

Square wave generator, with multiple square wave frequencies to choose from, left or right test button to switch different square wave frequencies, long press the test button to exit the square wave generator 

Pulse signal generator, left or right test button to adjust the duty cycle of the pulse from 1% to 99%. Long press the test button to exit the pulse signal generator 

Powered by 5V Type-c power supply interface, customers can also weld 9V battery interface for power supply 

Automatic shutdown, shutdown current is only about 20nA 

 

Note: Before testing the capacitor, discharge the capacitor first, then insert the test socket for measurement, otherwise the microcontroller of the tester may be damaged.

Transistor tester control 

The tester is controlled by a rotary encoder switch. 

The rotary encoder switch can have 6 operations in total, short press, long press, left rotation, right rotation, press and hold left rotation, press and hold right rotation. 

In the off state, short press once to turn on the power and start testing. 

After a test is completed, if no device is detected. Long press the switch or rotate the switch left or right to enter the function menu. After entering the function menu, the left or right switch can be selected up and down in the menu items. To enter a certain function item, short press the switch once. When you need to exit from a function, long press the switch. 

 

Calibration: 

Tester calibration is used to eliminate the error of its own components to make the final test results more accurate. Calibration is divided into quick calibration and full function calibration. 

How to operate quick calibration: short-circuit the three test points TP1, TP2, and TP3 with wires, then press the test button and pay attention to the screen. The screen will change to black with white text. After the prompt message "Selftest mode..?" appears, press the test button to enter the quick calibration process. If no key is pressed within 2 seconds after the prompt message "Selftest mode..?" appears, a normal test process will be performed, and the resistance value of the short-circuited wires of the three test points TP1, TP2, and TP3 will be displayed. After entering the quick calibration process, some data will appear on the screen. Don't worry about it. Wait until the flashing string "isolate Probes!" appears on the screen, and remove the wires that short-circuit TP1, TP2, and TP3. The quick calibration is completed until the string "Test End" appears on the screen. For the first calibration, use the full-function calibration method. The full-function calibration needs to be entered from the function menu, and a 220nf capacitor needs to be prepared separately. The full-function calibration performs a more comprehensive calibration process and takes longer. After entering the function menu, rotate the test button to the menu item "Selftest", then press the test button to enter the full-function calibration process. The screen will first show a flashing string "short Probes!". At this time, just like the quick calibration, use a wire to short-circuit the three test points and wait for the calibration process to proceed. When the screen shows a flashing string "isolate Probes!", remove the wires short-circuited at the three test points and continue to wait for the calibration process to proceed. When the screen shows the string "1-||-3 > 100nf", install the prepared 220nf capacitor on the test points TP1 and TP3. Wait until the screen prompts "Test End", and the full-function calibration process is completed.
